CONDITIONING CLASSES



- HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) -

High intensity interval training is suited for anyone, no matter what fitness level or exercise experience. Individuals are encouraged to work at a pace they are comfortable with yet push themselves.
Exercises are a combination of body weight, light resistance and some optional weights of your choice. The class runs for 45 minutes with a 30 minute workout, leaving time for a warm up and cool down to minimise injuries.

We also offer 3x baby friendly classes a week. We know how hard it can be to organise things for yourself around your young ones so this is your opportunity to bring them also with you! They also make great weights!

- Barre Pilates -
Don't be fooled by a couple of 1kg weights!
Low impact, maximum burn!
This class includes snippets from Mat Pilates and Barre work aimed to tone, scalp target those smaller muscles you didn't know existed.
Low impact class means no jumping or running but still getting a great sweat up.
Suitable for all levels and abilities.

- Stretch & Mobility -
Do you constantly tell yourself to do your stretches daily but never seem to do them? Then this is the class for you... A slow paced class that will improve your flexibility and joint mobility. In 30 minutes you are presented with stretches from head to toe that will leave you feeling relaxed and mobile!
- Mat Pilates -
This class focuses on whole body health, positive movement experiences, and the mind-body-spirit connection. A closer paced class will have you working in all planes of movement working through strength, mobility and flexibility.

- Stretch & Mobility -

You are never too old to exercise, but doing it in the correct way is important. This class is designed to help with strength, balance, coordination and flexibility that is suited for all fitness levels.
The class runs in a circuit style with a range of different movements. There is no set amount of repetitions, you go at a pace you are comfortable with.
Fitness is also a great way to get social with the locals in the area.
